1. Data controller

ZenityX Co., Ltd. (บริษัท เซนนิตี้เอ็กซ์ จำกัด), 171/2 Soi Lat Phrao 53 (Chok Chai 4), Saphan Song, Wang Thonglang, Bangkok 10310, Thailand — referred to in this policy as "we".

2. Data we collect

Information you enter in our registration or contact forms — full name, phone number, email, Line ID, the course or topic you are interested in, your preferred learning format, and any message you write to us.
Information from chatting with the ZenityX Page on Facebook Messenger — your Facebook name and profile picture (only what Facebook allows the Page to see), the page-scoped user ID Facebook issues for our Page, the messages, images or payment slips you send, and any phone number you type in the chat.
Website usage data — pages visited, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the website (for example, an ad you clicked), collected through cookies and similar technologies only after you accept cookies.

3. How we use your data

To contact you about class dates, prices and course recommendations you asked about.
To reply to your chats and handle your registration via Messenger — our admin and sales staff see your name and profile picture in our internal inbox so they know who they are talking to and send bills or course information to the right person.
To process your registration and look after you while you study.
To analyse website usage and improve the website (with your consent).
To measure advertising and show you relevant course ads on Google and Facebook (with your consent).

Our legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (for form data) and your consent (for analytics and marketing cookies).

4. Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed with service providers that help us operate: our email delivery provider (Resend), our website hosting provider (Cloudflare), and analytics and advertising providers (Google and Meta). Some providers may process data outside Thailand under appropriate data protection safeguards.

5. Retention

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above. When it is no longer needed, or when you ask us to delete it, we delete it or make it no longer identify you.

Messenger data and how to delete it. Messenger chat data (messages, images and profile pictures) is kept for no more than 2 years from the date it was sent and is then deleted automatically. To have it deleted sooner, type "delete my data" (or "ขอลบข้อมูล") in the chat with our Page, or email [email protected]. We will delete your chat data and profile picture from our systems.

6. Cookies

Necessary cookies — remember your cookie settings; always on.
Analytics cookies — Google Analytics, used to understand overall website usage.
Marketing cookies — Google Ads and Meta Pixel, used to measure and show ads.

Analytics and marketing cookies run only after you click "Accept all". You can change your settings at any time.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access and obtain a copy of your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict its use, object to processing, request data portability, and withdraw consent at any time, as well as to complain to Thailand's Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
